Lucy Anne’s x Bond St Wines Pasta Class & Brunch Series 

A hands-on pasta class followed by a seasonal family-style brunch. 

 

Lucy Anne’s presents a Saturday morning Pasta Class & Brunch at Bond St Wines — a 20-guest, immersive culinary experience blending technique, wine, and community. 

 

Guests begin at **10:00 AM** with a glass of wine and a hands-on lesson in making pasta dough from scratch. Participants will hand-cut *Tagliatelle* and shape *Cheese Agnolotti*, guided step-by-step. Each workstation is pre-set with: 

  • Pre-measured ingredients (flour, eggs, olive oil, salt, cheese mixture) 

  • Small rolling pin 

  • Fork for mixing 

  • Co-branded recipe card (Bond St + Lucy Anne’s) 

  • Pen for notes 

 

Completed pasta nests are packaged and frozen for guests to take home after brunch. 

 

At **11:15 AM**, guests transition to the dining area for a family-style brunch featuring salad, pastries, frittata, eggs in purgatory, and toast, paired with a mimosa or second glass of wine. Brunch concludes at **12:30 PM**.
