This weekend is a big travel week for most families. I was reminded about and epic trip by some of our regulars earlier this year. Two of them went to Wettolshem in Alsace. There the family run Estate of Domaine Saint Remy rolled out a wonderful guided tour and tasting of the 300 year old estate.

To me this sums up a summer trip (and my favorite parts of the wine industry). the breaking out of the norm to go explore only to be greater with hospitality and kindness.

This week are are showing the wonderful wine of Domaine Saint Remy. This estate has been making some stunning wines. the Cremant we put on the by the glass list has been an absolute rock star. Very qiuitely the Pinot Noir from Northern Europe has been getting really really good. The Reserve Pinot from Domaine Saint Remy is a great example of this.
