Join us this weekend for a tasting featuring Ànima Mundi, an exciting low-intervention winery based in Catalonia’s Penedès region. We will be pouring three of their standout natural wines, starting with two fresh, ancestral-method sparklers: the Pét-Nat Blanc, crisp and bright with zippy citrus notes, and the Pét-Nat Rosat, a light, dry pour with hints of fresh red fruit and crushed herbs. To finish, we’ll pour Gres, an old-vine Xarel·lo aged in clay amphorae that shows great texture and clean, savory minerality.
